A little while back, it was announced that Tyson Fury had pulled out of his rematch with Wladimir Klitschko, stating that he was “medically unfit”.
The truth began to unravel, with his uncle saying that Fury was fighting depression.
As it turns out, there was even more to it: Fury actually tested positive for cocaine. According to ESPN, Fury tested positive for benzoylecgonine, which is a central compound on cocaine on September 22nd. Fury announced that his withdrawal for the rematch a day after.
Fury’s team has been pretty quiet so far.
Until today, when Fury tweeted “Tysonmontana” along with a picture of his face “photoshopped” on the body of the main character of Scarface, Montana.
With Fury holding both the WBA and WBO titles, it is unclear on whether or not he would get to keep his titles.
